North Palm Beach Country Club reopened in the fall of 2006 after undergoing an extensive renovation by legendary PGA Tour Professional and world-renowned golf course architect, Jack Nicklaus. Mr. Nicklaus' work here was his way of personally giving back to the community in which he has lived and raised his family for over 30 years. The redesign of the course stretched what was once a 6,300-yard layout to 7,030 yards from the tips, while offering a challenging yet playable course for members, seniors, and women. The design features a nice balance of holes that move both directions, with ample room to drive your ball. The naturally beautiful water features complement the strategy of the overall design and lend to a visually appealing golf experience. In typical Nicklaus fashion, the greens and surrounds are challenging and offer a variety of shot options depending on where approach shots come to rest. A definite "must play"!
