The Eagles Golf Club - Forest Course ~ 11.56 miles

Located just north of Tampa Bay Downs (20 minutes north of downtown), The Eagles features two 18-hole golf courses surrounded by over 30 lakes, ponds, and canals. The Lakes sports an abundance of water hazards, elevated greens and many fairway bunkers. Designed by Ron Garl and Gary Koch, the Forest features the signature island-green sixth hole, which rivals the famous 17th hole at the TPC at Sawgrass. Plantation Palms Golf Club ~ 15.01 miles

You'll find this David Harman design just north of Tampa. The links-style design includes ample greens, wide fairways, and elevated tees. Harman did a marvelous job with the framing and tee design of Plantation Palms. Great consideration was given to beginners and higher handicap players, while also providing a challenge for the accomplished player. A beautiful clubhouse offers great amenities including a fully stocked golf shop and a bar and grille with "the perfect bill of fare for the golfing public."...
