02/12/2007 - we had a problem with our keys not working.we called and someone came out and took care of the problem and also got the ice maker working.he did a good job.the air never did work in one of the units although the tech offered to move them they decided to stay since it cooled off outside. Posted by Marc (Elizabethtown, KY)
