04/23/2007 - On the first night we arrived the hotel was overbooked. 8 of the 12 in our group were sent to 2 different hotels. I had luggage lost by the airlines. It was delivered to the hotel, but the Marriot failed to deliver it to me - even though I left my cell phone number and room number of the hotel we were sent to at the front desk of the Marriot. The Marriot then told me the next morning it had never arrived. It was in the hotel and the concierge of the hotel we were moved to called the Marriot, found it for me and had it delivered.
